Herrick has over 35 years of experience in identifying and appraising both commercial and residential real estate in Hong Kong and Shanghai, with the objective of redevelopment and enhancement to increase value for his clients. His project acquisition and management include Golden Center Retail Podium and Project Opportunity for Uptify last 8 years sold to mega fund ARA and State Owned Enterprise Sino Ocean

He is a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and constantly updates his knowledge with the Institute’s Continuing Professional Development courses. Herrick is also a member of the international body RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) which promotes and enforces the highest levels of industry practices.
