China trip for the trainee

As we know, China’s property market is very hot right now.

It also becomes an important reference for Hong Kong Market.
 
Based on the different cultures, as a professional property agent, one of our tasks is to know about the real situation of this market.
 
Our Director has this vision. So he sponsored our new group of trainees and made them go to different Chinese cities, learn about that fast market, and know more about how property agencies run their business.
 
They separate into 5 groups; they need to decide and organise everything, including the flight, hotel, schedule…etc. After a meeting with their team mates, they made a decision for the 5 different destinations – Beijing, Shanghai, Changsha, Hangzhou and Chengdu.
 
For the 4 day-trip, their schedule is really tight. They need to pretend to be a potential buyer, then go to view flat with different agents. This will help them understand their working procedure, commission charge and presentation skills. Besides, our trainees also need to find out what is the relationship between the characteristics of the city and the development level.
 
After the trip, they need to present to our staff what they learned and found out during this trip, in order to bring us new information. The idea of our director is not only to enable them to know the culture of Mainland, but, most important he wants the trainees to learn about how to fix problems independently, be mature enough to make decisions on their own, and get along with different team mates.
 
Now, some of them are busy for the preparation before the flight, some of them on the plane already. We all hope that they will have an unforgettable experience, also treasure the chance of having an outbound trip.
