Here they are! Our new group of trainees has arrived, and as a tradition, our director takes them to a very interesting and exciting event. This time, they had the opportunity to go to the long-awaited Mount Nicholson Road Site Auction that took place on the 28th of July 2010.
This site auction was really important especially as far as the luxury residential market is concerned, and they all quickly realized that it will have a real impact on the market.
To our new colleagues, the experience seemed very interesting and they enjoyed being part of it. Most of them agreed that the auction, starting in a very serious way, got more intense when only two developers were left in the competition, and they were quite surprised to see how vivid the battle was.
It also enabled them to clearly see and understand the whole process and importance of land auctions, which they realized in our industry, play an important role.
More than that, it was the first time for many of them to be surrounded by such important, influential and wealthy people!And many cameras is focus on them, the bonus of this site auction is their face can be easily found in different newspapers the next day.Who knows, maybe someday they will be the ones making the highest bid!
