 Company trip - Korea |
Traveling has always been my favorite way to spend my holidays. In a way, it is more valuable than studying and working because it can increase my knowledge and broaden my mind. It is also the most instructive and interesting way of learning: for having seen different people with different traditions and cultures, I will find it easy to accept new ideas. In a word, traveling is essential and pleasurable. Luckily, company gave me a chance to travel to korea for a holiday
In June, I travelled to Korea with my colleagues. It was an awesome experience for it was my first time to visit Korea and to travel with my colleagues. My impression of this country was that it is as highly developed and modern as Hong Kong but, unlike Hong Kong, its culture is colorful and still organized and preserved in a nice way.
What I like Korea most is its weather and fresh air which I can seldom experience in Hong Kong especially during summer. What impressed me most throughout the trip is the sunset that I saw in the Sun Cruise Resort (the place where we stayed on the first day of our trip). The Sun Cruise is a pleasure boat standing on the beach cliff above the sea. I was lucky to be given a room with great sea view. The balcony of my room oversees the calm sea and a nice beach. Therefore, in the evening, I was able to see the sun slowly descending below the horizon. The picture that I saw is a masterpiece. At that time, I could realize the mighty works of nature and it seemed as if I had forgotten all my worries.
All in all, it was a nice and relaxing trip! I look forward to having my next holiday and my second trip with my colleagues.
