To be a professional property consultant, we should not only keep eyes on local market but also have an international horizon. Because of that, our company sponsored us to visit one of the hottest property markets in the world—China.   

First and foremost we want to thank our company for giving us the opportunity to visit Shanghai and generously sponsoring our trip. This opportunity enabled us to enrich our knowledge of the local culture and lifestyle, as well as to conduct an initial investigation of the property market and agency environment.
