Raymond is responsible for the strategic management of Professional Properties Co. He has over 16 years in the industry and specialized in investment, sale and leasing of luxury residential properties in Hong Kong.
In 2003, he founded www.sohoflat.com.hk, the only portal in Hong Kong that focuses on Soho properties. The site offers up to the minute information on properties that are available for sale or lease and is extremely popular.
Raymond believes that sincerity and professional knowledge are the two critical success factors for an estate agent. He highly values staff training and development. Every year, Raymond leads his team to a winter retreat to promote the company culture of ‘work hard, play hard’.

Derek Lau, Associate Director


Derek has over 14 years experience in real estate. He focuses in Midlevel Central, Midlevel West and SoHo. He also has experience in areas including the Peak, South Side, Pok Fu Lam and Midlevel East. His key responsibility is to supervise a team of consultants in SoHo Branch, and our new Branch in Midlevels West, ensuring high quality service standard is being delivered at all times. Derek established long term relationships with many landlords.

Lawrence Wong, Assistant General Manager


With over 13 years experience in sales and leasing of luxury residential properties, Lawrence is devoted to excellent customer services and has in-depth knowledge of luxury properties in Midlevels Central. He has outstanding track record in sales and won the top sales award in 2001, 2003- 2005, 2010. He is very sociable and has established a network of alliance in the property field.

John Ng, Assistant Branch Manager, Midlevels East - Happy Valley


John joined Professional Properties Co. as a management trainee in 2007. His fluent English and Mandarin, as well as his hard work and dedication to his career helped him become Assistant Branch Manager within a year. His abilities to manage his team are strong and not only is he appreciated by his colleagues but also his clients who value his honesty, devotion and availability. He has strong knowledge in the areas of Midlevels East, Jardine's Lookout, and Happy Valley.

Warren Yeung, Assistant Branch Manager, SoHo Branch


Warren can be considered as one of the pioneers of the company. Indeed, he joined Professional Properties Co. in 1996, and has now over 13 years of experience in the company. With 7 years of experience in the SoHo Branch, he became Assistant Branch Manager in July 2009. He rapidly proved his abilities to manage and motivate his team by being very helpful and sharing his experiences. He has strong knowledge in the SoHo area and really likes working there, believing it has its own character and the type of market is quite different from other parts of Hong Kong Island.

Melanie Stehlin, Marketing Manager

Melanie graduated in Marketing and Management in France in 2006 and after getting her Master’s Degree, spent a year in South America. She arrived in Hong Kong in 2008, where she joined Professional Properties Co. in July. She started as Senior Marketing Executive, and after a year within the company she became Marketing Manager. She is in charge of the promotion of units, the communication with media and developers, the updating of the Website, and the corporate accounts. She speaks French as a mother tongue and due to her experiences abroad is fluent in English and Spanish.
