Raymond Lung, Managing Director


Raymond is responsible for the strategic management of Professional Properties Co. He has over 16 years in the industry and specialized in investment, sale and leasing of luxury residential properties in Hong Kong.
In 2003, he founded www.sohoflat.com.hk, the only portal in Hong Kong that focuses on Soho properties. The site offers up to the minute information on properties that are available for sale or lease and is extremely popular.
Raymond believes that sincerity and professional knowledge are the two critical success factors for an estate agent. He highly values staff training and development. Every year, Raymond leads his team to a winter retreat to promote the company culture of ‘work hard, play hard’.

Derek Lau, Associate Director


Derek has over 14 years experience in real estate. He focuses in Midlevel Central, Midlevel West and SoHo. He also has experience in areas including the Peak, South Side, Pok Fu Lam and Midlevel East. His key responsibility is to supervise a team of consultants in SoHo Branch, and our new Branch in Midlevels West, ensuring high quality service standard is being delivered at all times. Derek established long term relationships with many landlords.

Lawrence Wong, Associate Director 


With over 13 years experience in sales and leasing of luxury residential properties, Lawrence is devoted to excellent customer services and has in-depth knowledge of luxury properties in Midlevels Central. He has outstanding track record in sales and won the top sales award in 2001, 2003- 2005, 2010. He is very sociable and has established a network of alliance in the property field.

John Ng, Assistant Branch Manager, Midlevels East - Happy Valley


John joined Professional Properties Co. as a management trainee in 2007. His fluent English and Mandarin, as well as his hard work and dedication to his career helped him become Assistant Branch Manager within a year. His abilities to manage his team are strong and not only is he appreciated by his colleagues but also his clients who value his honesty, devotion and availability. He has strong knowledge in the areas of Midlevels East, Jardine's Lookout, and Happy Valley.

Warren Yeung, Assistant Branch Manager, SoHo Branch


Warren can be considered as one of the pioneers of the company. Indeed, he joined Professional Properties Co. in 1996, and has now over 13 years of experience in the company. With 7 years of experience in the SoHo Branch, he became Assistant Branch Manager in July 2009. He rapidly proved his abilities to manage and motivate his team by being very helpful and sharing his experiences. He has strong knowledge in the SoHo area and really likes working there, believing it has its own character and the type of market is quite different from other parts of Hong Kong Island.

Gary Fu, Assistant Branch Manager, Shelley Street Branch

Being the management trainee of Professional Properties Co. in 2008, Gary dedicated himself to the property industry with intensive efforts and a high degree of self - motivation.The fruitful rotation experience among different teams not only developed Gary’s strong property knowledge in Mid Levels and South Side areas, but also trained his leadership and human resources skills. His young, energetic and professional image helped him establish trustworthy relationships amongst team members and clients.

Prisca Kwok, Assistant Branch Manager, Midlevels West

Since Professional Properties Co. first launched the management training program at 2007, Prisca joined the second season of the program in 2008. She is energetic, patient and hard working. This made her amass the knowledge in Mid-levels, the Peak and South Side rapidly. She focuses on developing a long – term relationship and providing high quality services. Her focus helped her become the top sales amongst the trainees in 2009 and was subsequently promoted to Assistant Manager in 2011 for her consistency.

Markie Tang, Assiatant Branch Manager, Mid-levels West - Seymour Branch


Markie was our first generation trainee. His stable and high standard of performance was gained the trust by client and the company. Markie can response quickly to the market changes.He is able to put himself in the customers’ shoes and understand their needs. Markie’s smart and assiduous character is the key to his success. 
He is particularly well proficient in properties in Midlevels West.

Thomas Lu, Assistant Branch Manager, Mid-levels West - Azura Branch

Thomas joined Professional Properties Co. in 2007 when sales management trainee program was launched. Thanks to this comprehensive training program as well as his hard working, he has transformed from a fresh graduate into a competent real estate agent with extensive knowledge of properties covering both Mid-level East and Mid-level West. Thomas is an enthusiastic, confident & reliable person. What is more, he is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, English and average in French, which bring him a solid client base consisting of various backgrounds.

Jeffrey Au, Assistant Branch Manager, Mid-levels - Star Street Branch

Jeffrey joined the company in 2008 through our Sales Management Trainee program. He is mature, patient and diligent; he has not only built up good relationships with clients, and other property agents. He is particularly conversant with Mid-levels West and Mid-levels Central.
