HK Island District


The Peak is the most prestigious location in Hong Kong.
Many apartments and houses have amazing views over the city of Central,
Victoria Harbour or over outlying islands of the South.




Midlevels is right above Central (CBD) and its very popular among expats. There are a mix of high rises and mid/low rises.
Many high rise buildings offer comprehensive amenities including club house, pool, gym, or shuttle buses.
The Escalator in Central lead directly onto Midlevels West, which link Caine Road, Robinson Road, Conduit Road.
Midlevels East has more low/mid rise including Kennedy Road and Macdonnell Road.

Midlevels areas have very good transport link (taxis, buses, mini-buses),
only short journey is required to get to the major commercial and shopping centres in Central, Wan Chai and Causeway Bay.



Soho is situated in the south of Hollywood Road. The neighbourhood include Staunton,
Shelley and Elgin streets is becoming the trendiest and most desirable urban residential area for expats.
Soho offer a wide range of upmarket restaurants with cuisine from around the world.
Trendy retail stores ranging from boutique spa, local fashion designer, contemporary home furnishings to art galleries are on the rise.


Happy Valley

There are numerous high rise and low rise buildings. Many flats have fabulous views over the race course.
There are many shops and restaurants in the neighbourhood. A tramline connects Happy Valley to other districts including Central,
Causeway Bay and Western.



Pokfulam is located on the west side of Hong Kong Island and its about 20 minutes drive from Central.
There is a mix of mid and low rise residential and many have sea views over Lamma Island.


South Side

South Side describes the south of Hong Kong Island, including Repulse Bay, Deep Water Bay, Chung Hom Kok, Stanley and Tai Tam.


Deep Water Bay

comprise of luxurious and prestigious houses and low rises,
majority of them have impressive and fantastic views of Deep Water Bay Club and Deep Water Bay Beach.


Repulse Bay

is one of the most popular residential areas in Hong Kong. The area is very popular with families with children.
A mix of high rise buildings and exclusive detached houses which have spectacular view overlooks the bay.

Chung Hom Kok located between Repulse Bay and Stanley.
The townhouses in the area have spectacular seaview with terraces or roof tops.



is famous for its markets, beach and many good restaurants.
In terms of residential area, it comprise of both low rise houses and apartments.


Tai Tam

is further around the coast from Stanley.
The area is very popular with expats and for those who look for more relax lifestyle.
Redhill Peninsula has many luxury high rise apartments and townhouses.
The American Club located on Tai Tam Road has comprehensive facilities.
